Instella alternatives

Instella is a suite of advanced language models developed by Advanced Micro Devices' GenAI team. These open-source models are built upon the AMD Instinct MI300X GPU architecture and are designed to offer strong performance relative to comparable freely available alternatives. The project provides model weights, training code, and data to facilitate further development within the open-source community.
