Sleep Preventer alternatives
Sleep Preventer stops a computer from entering sleep, hibernate, display dimming, or screensaver modes. It runs in the system tray after closing. Version v1.3 adds parameter support, while v1.2 allows the display to sleep and v1.1 includes a sleep timer.
