ThumbView is a free open-source tool that displays image thumbnails and tooltips in Windows Explorer for unsupported file types. It supports over 19 image formats, including PCX, TGA, DDS, PNG, and more, directly within Explorer windows. It was originally developed for Windows XP and is not compatible with Windows 7.
